This position is fully remote. All applicants must live and work in the continental United States. 

Global Patent Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support our web development efforts and help us deliver outstanding digital experiences to our internal and external clients. In this role, you'll develop the front and back-end of internal, B2C and B2B websites. We're looking for someone who writes great code and is looking to continuously improve their craft. Ideal candidate can work independently and be able to manage entire DevOps lifecycle from planning to deployment.

Qualifications 

• Experience with back-end technologies like PHP and PHP Framework Laravel
• Experience with Front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience creating database, tables, stores procedures, views, etc. with PostgreSQL
• Experience with setup and deployment of application(s) to Ubuntu server.
• Knowledge of cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility including knowledge of and ability to solve commonly associated issues as well as investigate and troubleshoot complex inconsistencies
• Knowledge of software principles, application architecture, data structures, coding conventions, and security practices.
• Strong communication skills that allow you to convey complex ideas in writing and in person.
• Research and analyze bugs and support issues to triage and develop solutions
• Ability to work independently 

Experience 

• At least 10 years of development experience
• At least 5 years of experience with PHP
• At least 3 years of experience with Laravel
• At least 3 years of experience with PostgreSQL
• At least 1 year of experience with Ubuntu Server
